   @skrawcz  I’d like to work on this. My plan is to refactor the UI into a reusable FastAPI factory (e.g., create_burr_ui_app()), and optionally provide a mount_burr_ui(parent_app, path="/burr") helper so it can be mounted as a sub-app.
   
   I’ll ensure static files and route URLs work correctly under a prefix and add a small TestClient-based test to verify mounting.
   
   Let me know if this direction sounds good.
