The JCR based sitetree basically works now. The direct file access to
sitetree.xml is replaced by a SiteTreeGenerator that generates the known
sitetree xml from the SiteTree object directly. Two more workspaces for trash
and archive have been added. There are still some issues (cut & paste,
importSubTree, etc.) that need some work.
