[jira] [Created] (GEODE-5125) Document internal use of "cluster" group

Patrick Rhomberg created GEODE-5125:
---------------------------------------

Summary: Document internal use of "cluster" group
                 Key: GEODE-5125
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GEODE-5125
             Project: Geode
          Issue Type: Task
            Reporter: Patrick Rhomberg

Internally, we use the implicit member group "cluster" for any configuration elements that apply to every member. While it might seem nonsensical for a user to name a group "cluster" that contains only some and not all of the cluster, this should discouraged in the documentation, as its use will result in unexpected behavior.

Primary locations for this note could be:
https://geode.apache.org/docs/guide/15/configuring/cluster_config/using_member_groups.html
and/or the linked pages at the bottom of that page:
https://geode.apache.org/docs/guide/15/topologies_and_comm/p2p_configuration/configuring_peer_member_groups.html
https://geode.apache.org/docs/guide/15/topologies_and_comm/cs_configuration/configure_servers_into_logical_groups.html

As an aside, the linked pages are inconsistent on the capitalization of "into."
