TCK:Enumeration of xsd:integer is broken

           Summary: TCK:Enumeration of xsd:integer is broken
           Product: Axis
           Version: beta-2
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: WSDL processing
        AssignedTo: scheu@us.ibm.com
        ReportedBy: scheu@us.ibm.com
                CC: axis-dev@xml.apache.org

wsdl containing an enumeration type like the following:

<simpleType name="enumFoo">
   <restriction base="xsd:integer">
      <enumeration value="1" />
      <enumeration value="2" />
   </restriction>
</simpleType>

should be mapped to an Java "enumeration" class according to the
JSR 101 specification.

Instead it is being mapped to a class the implements "SimpleType".
