How can i integrate I18Transformer with cocoon ?

Dear Konstantin and Cocoon-Users,
 I developed a webshop application using cocoon and i want to support arabic
language within it. The suitable way is to use unicode encoding but how can i
instruct cocoon engine to use the unicode ?
is it suitable for this task to use I18Transformer ? from where can i download
it ? and how can i integrate it with cocoon ?

Any help will be appreciated ?
