We need the ability to add/delete traits to existing entities via the messaging API.

Neither ENTITY_FULL_UPDATE or ENTITY_PARTIAL_UPDATE message types appear to support the association/disassociation of traits with existing entities. 

Not sure if this should be handled through additional message types (i.e. ENTITY_ADD_TRAIT, ENTITY_DELETE_TRAIT) or if it should be handled by existing message types like ENTITY_FULL_UPDATE and ENTITY_PARTIAL_UPDATE.
