problem with Custom Tag Library Extension For UltraDev

hello,
 
i just tried to use The Custom Tag Library Extension For UltraDev for struts
find in Jakarta struts ressources site.
When i want to turn on live data in Ultradev 4, a message prompt that an 404
error has occured.
in fact, when i want to view index.jsp in live data mode, tomcat is try to
open index*****.jsp (***** is just a suite of unrecongnized characters that
ultradev add)
 
is ther someone using this extension in ulltradev having the same problem ?

PS: my site configuration is correct, and tomcat is well launched.

The library is actually maintained in Jakarta Taglibs, and so that would
be a good place to ask this question. There may also be some people on
the user list working with this. But that library is not being developed
here, and so this is not the best venue for a question like tihs.
