IRC fix

Hi folks,

a quick one liner to fix the FAQs' (http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/faq/)
reference to our IRC channel.

(This one's against /trunk/)

httpd.apache.org is now using  the new site publishing method.   
svnsubpub  - Where changes are propagated immediately.

I committed the fix. I didn't update the website. There appears to be  
a permission problem on Minotaur, which I presume is still leftover  
from the excitement of last week. I'm fairly sure Infra has other  
things on their mind right now. If this doesn't get cleared up in the  
next few days, I'll ping infra, but I don't really want to bug them  
right now until the put out the bigger fires.
