   having a ternary condition in an inline-eval, 
   ```
   rule "TernaryEvalLoop"
   dialect "mvel"
   when
     String(this == "go")
     $p : MyPerson( eval("foo" == "foo" ? "foo" == flag1 : "foo" == flag2) )
   then
     modify($p) {
       setOtherAttribute("done")
     }
   end
   ```
   it results in
   - A wrong constraint (a partial `"foo" == "foo"`, so always true)
   - Class-reactive
