Special Purpose forms for dealing with Sub Types of WorkEffort

Hi,
I'll like to see Project module of Ofbiz to be easy to use for less frequent
users. One of the things we can do is create Forms designed specially for
Subtypes of WorkEffort. Logically such forms and screen belong in WorkEffort
component and then link to them from Project component.

Does this sound good?
