Incoming release candidate (1.1.0-RC1)

It looks like things have been ironed out with the FreeRDP 2.0.0-related
regressions. I've also been doing general regression testing of the webapp
over the course of the last couple weeks, but haven't encountered anything
new.

I'm going to do some final tests of LDAP and TOTP tonight. Assuming that
goes well, I'll tag things, upload the artifacts, and open PRs for the
draft release notes and docs.

I've been using the staging/1.1.0 code pretty heavily for a couple of
weeks, now. I need to grab the latest of everything with the latest
regression fixes, including the two above just merged today, and give that
a shot, but overall it's looking very good to me.

Once we get 1.1.0 out it should pave the way for a smoother, more frequent
release process for us, so I'm looking forward to this release!

Thanks, everyone, this release has taken us a while, but it is a huge leap
forward in functionality and fixes for Guacamole, and it's exciting to get
it out there!

Testing complete. I found a pair of regressions within LDAP which should be
fixed and have opened a couple PRs for that:

https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GUACAMOLE-936
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GUACAMOLE-937

I think we should be good to go for an RC once the above are knocked out.
Everything else seems to work as expected.
