Document created on Word (unknown version).

The attached file crashes Writer when trying to open it (either by clicking on
the filename if Writer is the default application for .doc files or opening it
from Writer).
This file opens without problem with Word or Word viewer.

Document is "Word.Document.8": Word 97 or later format.

Crash confirmed on Windows 10 with AOO 4.2.0 r1832718.

No problem opening it on Ubuntu 16.04 with AOO 4.1.5.
