Happens to be RedHat linux 6.0 but problem is probably OS independent mostly

In file httpd.conf-dist one can find "Please read the file README.DSO". This file does not exist.

There is a discussion of DSO in INSTALL.

This is hardly a problem which will baffle anyone for long, but it's wrong and might as well be fixed.
