   David, please feel free to completely re-write this guide or re-structure etc. as you wish. You have commit access to this branch. You're the only one here who has written a real book before :-) Btw, Noble, your original ref guide page (which I have renamed here) was pretty scary and fairly difficult to follow (perhaps very poorly structured). If you have thoughts on how to improve it, please feel free to change.
   
   @ctargett would appreciate your thoughts and review too.
   
   Regarding the test, I have tested it thoroughly and seemed like there was that bug in refresh packages API. I want to include that test fix as part of the ref-guide commit so as to keep the noise on the list low. I've already made 3 commits to that issue, sigh! I am in Noble zone now :-)
