Added web config parameter org.apache.myfaces.AUTOMATIC_EXTENSIONLESS_MAPPING by default false. Some small changes for startup externalcontext were done, to avoid UnsuportedOperationException.

One last review is required to check if xhtml files under forbidden extensions are being loaded (/resources, /contracts and so on).
