Synopsis: 
Error at isapi_redirect.dll startup if ajp13 worker defined

Description:
An error occurs if I set up the isapi_redirect.dll file
with Tomcat using the default workers.properties.  If
I comment out references to ajp13 in workers.properties
everything is happy.
