[jira] [Created] (INFRA-5231) Hadoop-YARN JIRA - Issue creation/resolution notification

Karthik Kambatla created INFRA-5231:
---------------------------------------

             Summary: Hadoop-YARN JIRA - Issue creation/resolution notification
                 Key: INFRA-5231
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-5231
             Project: Infrastructure
          Issue Type: Bug
      Security Level: public (Regular issues)
          Components: JIRA, Mailing Lists
            Reporter: Karthik Kambatla

On Hadoop/YARN JIRA, issue creation/resolution emails are not going to yarn-dev@hadoop.apache.org. Can we please add that feature to YARN just like other Hadoop sub-projects.

Many thanks.

------------------------------

So I get this right , you want create/resolve to go to two mailing lists, yarn-issues as it does now but also yarn-dev ?

Eli Collins commented on INFRA-5231:

Yup, yarn-issues should get *all* jira traffic and yarn-dev should just get create/resolve. The other hadoop project notifications schemes are setup the same way.
