Weird error still there

  See the many bugs duplicated into bug 8325 [sort of a master bug for all of
  the many flavors of this error.]

  Effectively, you have some software (antivirus, firewall, vpn or similar)
  that doesn't work correctly.  You might try the fix advertised in bug 8325.
  If that doesn't solve your problem, there is no way for us to work around
  the broker socket driver installed by the offending product.

  This is not an Apache bug but a bug in the other software that interferes
  with any socket-based program (the most similar MS product that is affected
  by such bugs is NetMeeting.)

  As far as the other errors in your logs, they are worms seeking an unsecured
  server [not yours.]
