Things like ZK location and whether or not it should be embedded should be configurable if possible. Some other useful configurations:

Basic ZK setup steps: configurable cluster name, resource name, etc -- right now they're hardcoded

If ZK is embedded, allow specifying a specific port

Perhaps make it a class where some basic methods, like the setup flow can be overridden so that the user can embed more app master setup logic
