[jira] [Created] (RANGER-834) Exclude logic is fixed to handle some corner case issues

Alok Lal created RANGER-834:
-------------------------------

Summary: Exclude logic is fixed to handle some corner case issues
                 Key: RANGER-834
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/RANGER-834
             Project: Ranger
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: plugins
            Reporter: Alok Lal

Currently we only treat a null incoming resource string as a signal that * access is desired at that level. This causes empty string and "*" to be treated differently. When the policy is for excludes then we should not flip the access for these cases.
