Found that there is a org.apache.hadoop.mapreduce.v2.util.MRApps.setupDistributedCache( Configuration conf,  Map<String, LocalResource> localResources) in hadoop-mapreduce-client-common. But it is marked unstable. Does it makes sense to copy the code to Tez or just use the Hadoop one directly?
