[Bug 124111] New: will not open at all

https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=124111

            Bug ID: 124111
        Issue Type: DEFECT
Summary: will not open at all
           Product: General
           Version: 3.4.0
          Hardware: PC
                OS: Windows 7
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P3
         Component: accessibility
          Assignee: issues@openoffice.apache.org
          Reporter: msteele716@yahoo.com
                CC: issues@openoffice.apache.org

I've had and love this Open Office but today I can not open at all. Won't open
through shortcut or on document made through Open Office. I tried to update the
program and it says that the program is already open and won't continue. I have
many documents in this program and I do everything for my business and home
life here. I just used this two days ago and nothing has changed since.
Open Office 3.3
Windows 7

Do I uninstall old version to replace new version and if I do will I loose all
my documents?

Please help

Uninstalling the old version will not delete any documents. But for further
support you should use our community forum: http://forum.openoffice.org/
