"fix-jsdlsample-AIRAVATA-1212.patch" file contains the sample jsdl instance showing the use of credentials into the data staging elements (as recommended by the hpc file staging profile).

The patch is now committed, Thanks Shahbaz for the contribution. The sample works well and is simple to understand. This should help develop a BES provider within Airavata.
