*Problem Statement:*
When creating a Hudi table, column and partition comments are not being synced to Hive or AWS Glue.

*Reproducible Code:*
Refer to the issue and example code at [Hudi GitHub Issue #11922|https://github.com/apache/hudi/issues/11922].

*Resolution:*
Ensure that column and partition comments are synced to Hive and AWS Glue during Hudi table creation.
