Pubscribe and Globus ToolKit

Hi All,

Does anyone know if the globus tookit implementation of WS-N is
compatible with pubscribe? The pubscribe web site says that its
implementation is based on the code from globus. 

I am facing some addressing issues when trying to subscribe to a topic
on a service based on pubscribe from globus.
