As per the [discussion|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDFS-7648?focusedCommentId=15195908&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel#comment-15195908], this jira is to improve directory scanner log by adding the wrong and correct directory path so that admins can take necessary actions.
