Unsubscribe consumers

Hi there,

Is there a way to unsubscribe consumers (both programmatically and via the
web admin).

I need to be able to drain-stop the consumers so I can update the service,
and in order to do so I need to unsubscribe the consumers so they won't
receive any new messages, but leave them 'alive' so they can finish
processing messages that are already in process.
