I would suggest to make this a bit more sophisticated:
a) I would log the percentage of available space on the disk (total, free, percentage)

and b) IF there are multiple disks specified, remove those from the list with less than, say 1% or 100MB (with a WARN-message).
If there is only one disk without much space, print a WARN.

This should be easy to implement and make some users happy.
