https://github.com/apache/oozie/blob/branch-4.1/core/src/main/java/org/apache/oozie/sla/listener/SLAEmailEventListener.java#L273-L279 suggests that the SLA email's subject line is hard coded into Oozie.

A way to configure the subject line for the SLA emails via the workflow definition would be useful.
