Extremely trivial code-metric related source code cleanup

Summary: Extremely trivial code-metric related source code
                    cleanup
           Product: Struts
           Version: Nightly Build
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: Other
         Component: Unknown
        AssignedTo: struts-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: jcaddel@yahoo.com

The patch cleans up references to local variables where the source was declaring
them but never using them. Super useful eh? Mainly just an excuse to do
something mildly useful and get familiar with bugzilla a little bit.
