I just got a mail from an @HOTMAIL.COM address. This message triggered the
FAKED_HOTMAIL_DAV rule, as onle lowercase hotmail.com adresses are considered
valid. Please make the according tests case-insensitive (at least __HAS_MSN_FROM).
