[commit] per-glyph positioning support

Hi:

I have committed code for per-glyph support.

It's still a work-in-progress, but we now pass text-tspan-BE-02.svg
(though we seem to disagree slightly with the PNG file about
the font size, this may not be significant).

I hope to have "pass" results for some other text BE tests this
week.

Bill,

This and the printing support is really cool. I have noticed that the 
size difference in what we produce has become very noticably different
from what the Adobe reference images produce. Anybody has a clue?
Could it be that they work with a different pixel size (but I would 
think that they would work with a smaller size, in which case they 
would produce smaller text, not bigger...).
