Masscheck setup and timing

I'm finally devoting some time to getting my (small) masscheck setup going 
again and I want to confirm - are the instructions at

   https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/SPAMASSASSIN/NightlyMassCheck

the still the correct instructions?

And is 0900UTC still the recommended start time?
