rolinger opened a new issue #292: understand file paths
URL: https://github.com/apache/cordova-plugin-file/issues/292

   I hate writing this, but I am going mad trying to figure out the exact file path to put files into for read-only for the `applicationDirectory`

   The docs say:
   `file:///android_asset/ | applicationDirectory | assets`

   But what physical path to the folder that is `applicationDirectory` ?

   ```
   /myApp  ?
   /myApp/android_asset ?
   /myApp/www ?
   /myApp/platforms/android/assets ?   // it used to be here
   /myApp/platforms/android/android_asset ?
   ```

   I have tried so many combinations and it doesn't work.

   console.log(cordova.file.dataDirectory) ;  // = file:///data/user/0/com.whipstermobile/files/
   console.log(cordova.file.applicationDirectory) ; // = file:///android_asset/ (but where!!!???)
