Is there a or equivalent somewhere?

It seems like a useful thing, as the <logic:equal> is, and it wouldn't be
much different from <logic:equal>.  If the named bean or bean property is a
boolean or Boolean, evaluate the tag body if it's true or TRUE.  Maybe I'm
just not seeing it.
