tools for Memory leaks

Hi,
I'm looking for a free tool to monitor my application on Tomcat
5.0.28? I don't see any changes in memory use on RH9 - but the load
is too low. What I'd like to test:
- high load
- potential memory leaks
- etc.

I'd rather to have a tool which have a minimum impact on performance,
but any tool will be fine for now.
