examples for xmlns:mail using

Hi

I took a look in the source code of Cocoon
and found some interesting features,
such as mailing and sql implementations.

But how to use it? 
Is there any documentation out there? 
Please, where?

I am very pleased to get some examples
of using the mail/xml-tags in a xml/xsl
file, if anyone have.
