When clicking a link on https://solr.apache.org/downloads.html you first get to the mirrors download page https://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.lua/lucene/solr/8.10.1/solr-8.10.1.tgz

However, now that the dlcdn CDN is always the preferred link, we can make downloads start immediately. We could change the link to dlcdn, but even easier (and recommended by INFRA i think) is to simply add an {{action=download}} to the end of the current URL.

Should the CDN be offline for some reason, then INFRA can modify {{closer.lua}} to select the archive or another backip by default, so there is some failover there..
