rob05c opened a new issue #2944: Grove fails to start if a remap rule has bad keys
URL: https://github.com/apache/trafficcontrol/issues/2944
If a remap rule (delivery service) has bad keys, Grove fails to start and logs an error.
```
ERROR: proc.go:195: 2018-10-18T21:22:55.98514Z: starting service: loading certificates: loading rule foo.https.https.foo certificate: tls: private key does not match public key
```
It should log the error, but start, just without serving that Remap/DS. This will be critically important when Self Service is implemented, to prevent one tenant from breaking all Grove caches.
