Tomcat 4.0.2 and iis 4.0 How to configure to use port 80 to acces s Servlet

We did it for 3.2.1.  We want to change to 4.0.2 due to the instability of
3.2.1 in the iis environment.  The redirector is in place and functioning
with a green arrow.  How do I configure the rest so
localhost/fu/servlet/bar?fred=barney works?  If I use port 8080 it works.
Gotta be simple... ;)
