[compress] snapshot removed from java-repository

Hi!

All SNAPSHOTs are removed from the old location.

Please find the new location at
http://cvs.apache.org/dist/jakarta/commons/compress/

Then why does the commons-vfs build point at...?
http://www.ibiblio.org/maven/commons-compress/jars/

And they actually happen to exist there too.  Why the recommendation to 
point at the apache address above when you don't do it yourself?  Why not 
put commons-compress at... to be consistent?  Isn't that Apache's maven 
repository?
