Wiki page for installing 0.8.0 cluster.
Hi bigtop, created a wiki page for 0.8.0 setup oon cloud instances/ bare
metal.
Its just a stub pointing to 0.7.0.. hopefully if anyone is doing this, we
can flesh out the instruction s and improve the page.

- No it's no centos specific.. Just the only place that I ever tested; open to renaming.
- I haven't done the hiera stuff yet so no idea, was just looking at vagrant recipes which seem to follow the etc convention. Also feel free to update . Maybe I can start testing this wk and update also

It isn't really CentOS specific, is it?
Besides,

Turns out, you don't need to do heira data files in /etc/puppet... - you can have
anywhere - works just fine. Besides, if data directory is set to
/etc/puppet/hieradata (as in README) then you'll have to copy the files from
Bigtop source to /etc/... which is annoyance.. Learned it hardway during the
workshop at SCALE13x
