NIFI-9634 Upgraded Spring Framework to 5.3.15

- Upgraded Spring Framework from 5.3.14 to 5.3.15
- Upgraded Spring Boot from 2.5.8 to 2.6.3 in Registry
- Upgraded Jersey from 2.33 to 2.35
- Upgraded Jackson from 2.12.5 to 2.13.1
