The URL is not valid any longer (maybe some repo restructuring).

The point is a potential NPE in the LicenseServlet.sendResource method: if pathInfo.innerJar is null but there is no pathInfo.licenseFile resource in the bundle, the method still tries to get the bundle resource from pathInfo.innerJar, which is null and thus causes the NPE.
