Anyone using RDF language support in Juneau? Proposal to drop support.

Is anyone still actively using any of the RDF language support in Juneau?

We've got a single high security vulnerability in jena-core 3.10.0
that requires us to upgrade to jena-core 4.2.0. The new API is not
compatible with the old so it would require refactoring the existing
code (after first learning the new API).

If nobody is actively using RDF anymore (it's somewhat antiquated
technology), my proposal is to remove it entirely in 9.0. Does anyone
have any concerns or input?

I've gone ahead and split the difference. I've removed them from
being built into artifacts but haven't removed the source code trees.
If we have future interest in them, we can easily re-add them to the
distribution.
