[COLLECTIONS] Collections 2.0 release candidate, take 2

Hi all,

The new release candidate for Collections 2.0 is ready:


http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-commons/release/commons-collections
/v2.0/

Interested parties should review the latest version.  Also, please let me
know if there are any problems with the distribution.  Unless there are any
issues with this release candidate, I will call for a release vote sometime
tomorrow.
