Description:
1. In PGA admin dashboard, admi-read-only can view everything in Admin dashboard but cannot do any changes, deletions to them
2. Can we implement the same in Django portal?
3. Admin-read-only should be able to view
Applications in the Application Catalog, View the Users list in the Manage Users, View Group Resource profiles, Gateway resource profiles, Crendetial store Keys generated and Notices.
4. Only admins should be able to access the Data Parsers from the top menu
