soapAction in Message object

Hi

I tried to make a call using the Message object, but my server needs the
soapaction http header attribute. I've checked the code of the
org.apache.soap.messaging.message class.

st.send (url, actionURI, null, env, null, reqCtx);

But the headers parameter is null by default.

Is it not conform to the specification of SOAP that you use the soapaction
attribute?
