Aurora provides visibility into {{JobUpdateStatus}} transitions through {{DbJobUpdateStore.saveJobUpdateEvent()}}. It should provide similar visibility into job instance update transitions {{DbJobUpdateStore.saveJobInstanceUpdateEvent()}}.
