    [FLINK-5694] [gelly] Collect DataSetAnalytic

    Adds a DataSetAnalytic that accumulates elements and returns elements using a List. This mirrors the implementation of DataSet.collect() but using the analytic execution workflow.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/greghogan/flink 5694_collect_datasetanalytic

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/flink/pull/3245.patch
